UPDATE: Indybay has published its own recording of the first 1:40:14 of the meeting. Unlike my recording, which comes straight from the BART audio feed, this is just a microphone in the room. I haven't listened to Indybay's, but certain audio may be more clearly understood in their recording, because not all audience members were using the podium microphone -- and because occasionally, some BART board members aren't turning on their mics when they begin speaking.
